How It Works
Step 1: Place the Device
Set MyLifeChecker in a bedroom, living room, Kitchen, or other important area that is frequently used.
Step 2: Choose Your Check-In Time
You decide how long without movement triggers an alert. For example, 12, 24, or 48 hours. This is configurable via the mylifechecker.com website. The device will sync up and save those settings. Set once, and forget.
Step 3: Stay Connected Automatically
If movement or breathing isn’t detected in time, MyLifeChecker sends an SMS text or email to your emergency contacts. The device will first send you two warning messages 10 and 5 minutes prior that will allow you to disable the alerting for x amount of hours via text message conversation with the device. This is used incase you go on vacation and need to suppress alerting.

If no movement or breathing is detected within your chosen timeframe, MyLifeChecker automatically notifies your emergency contact list so they can perform a welfare check.
Instant Alert Mode
Enable a special security mode that sends an immediate alert when motion is detected.
